How much does corporate ice cream catering cost?
Staffed cart catering has a $549 minimum and drop-off has a $349 minimum. Delivery is included in both. Your quote depends on headcount, portions and event details.
How many employees can you serve?
20–500+ guests. Share your headcount and serving time so we can plan the service.
Can you put our company logo on the cups?
Yes. We add a custom logo sticker to the cups. It’s free for events with 100+ guests. For events under 100 guests, each sticker is $0.50 off.
Do you offer drop-off for the office?
Yes, from a $349 minimum with delivery included. Cups arrive in disposable coolers with ice. We’ll confirm timing and serving instructions. Staffed cart service is always scooped fresh on-site.
What does our building or venue need to know?
Tell us about parking, loading access, indoor or outdoor setup, and whether a plug is available near the cart.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes, we can invoice your company. A 50% deposit confirms your date and the balance is due after the event. We accept Zelle or check.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for larger events. Special order flavors need at least 10 days’ notice.
Do you have gluten-free, nut-free, kosher or vegan options?
Yes! Most of our flavors are gluten-free, nut-free and kosher. Not every flavor is, so just ask us which ones will work for your team. We also have vegan sorbet and vegan dark chocolate. If anyone has allergies, let us know and we’ll go over the ingredients with you.
