How much does gelato drop-off cost?
Drop-off has a $349 minimum with delivery included. Your quote depends on headcount, portions and event details.
Can you cater ice cream for an office party or event?
Yes. We deliver individual pre-scooped gelato cups to offices, homes and event venues. Share your headcount and serving time and we’ll plan the delivery.
What is pre-scooped gelato drop-off?
We scoop real Italian gelato into cups and deliver them ready to serve. There is no cart and no staff at your event.
Is it ice cream or gelato?
Italian gelato. If you’re looking for ice cream catering, it’s the same idea: individual scoops for your guests, just made the Italian way.
How do the cups arrive?
In disposable coolers with ice. We’ll confirm timing and serving instructions.
Do you need a plug or setup space?
No. Drop-off needs no plug and no cart. Staffed cart service does need a plug near the cart.
Do you offer ice cream catering near me?
We deliver across Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County, including Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Moorpark. Share your address and we’ll confirm delivery and timing.
Can we upgrade to a staffed cart?
Yes. Staffed cart catering has a $549 minimum with delivery, setup and two hours of staffed service. Tell us about your event and we’ll suggest what fits. See wedding catering or corporate catering.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for larger events. Special order flavors need at least 10 days’ notice.
Do you have gluten-free, nut-free, kosher or vegan options?
Yes! Most of our flavors are gluten-free, nut-free and kosher. Not every flavor is, so just ask us which ones will work for your event. We also have vegan sorbet and vegan dark chocolate. If anyone has allergies, let us know and we’ll go over the ingredients with you.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit confirms your date and the balance is due after the event.
